Zurich Alternative Asset Management, LLC ("ZAAM")

is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Zurich Financial Services Group ("ZFS"), an insurance-based financial services provider, with headquarters in Zurich, Switzerland. The core of ZFS' business is General Insurance and Life Insurance. ZFS was founded in 1872, and now has a global network of subsidiaries and offices in North America, Europe, Asia Pacific, Latin America and other markets. ZFS' 55,000 employees serve customers in more than 150 countries.

 

ZAAM was formed to manage ZFS' investments in alternative asset classes including hedge funds, private equity funds, direct private equity, real estate funds, and direct U.S. real estate.
